ABOUT

John J. Dowling III

Money laundering. Armed robbery. Criminal conspiracy. PPP loan fraud. Mr. Dowling has over ten years of experience assisting in representing clients in every stage of the criminal justice process in both state and federal courts across the country.

His clients have included corporate executives, medical professionals, law enforcement officers, lawyers, political personnel, engineers, and even a judge.

He was the principal brief writer in a winning federal appeal involving a New York City crime family. He has secured the early release of a federal prisoner. He has suppressed evidence in a first-degree murder case. And he has persuaded a judge to release a client from solitary confinement in a federal death penalty case.

Mr. Dowling firmly believes in the wisdom of the constitutional rights that are available to criminal defendants in the United States. He believes that no other civilization in the history of mankind has been afforded the type of robust, protective safeguards that we enjoy in this country and he has spent the last ten years of his life making sure the government plays by the rules.
